This is a DIGITAL FILE for creating 3 Different Chair Designs and IS NOT a physical product. If you would like a physical, pre-cut Chair Multi-Pack Kit by BHM visit the listing here.

The SVG and PDF file will contain the shapes to create 3 different 1:12 scale Chair Designs, but of course those shapes can be duplicated to make as many as you like (for your own personal use). The shapes can also be sized up or down to create other scales as well (just make sure to adjust the width of the material you use as well when changing scales).

The file will be downloaded as a Zipped File. Make sure to unzip the file before use and read the PDF Cutting Instructions Booklet before proceeding. There are files for Blade Cutting Machines, Laser Cutting Machines and Hand-cut Patterns included in this download.

After cutting your files be sure to watch the Instruction Video that was made specifically for the physical version of this kit. You can find that video in the Kit Videos Tab. Watch the Cat-Ear Chair video for the construction of the Cat-Ear chair and Ladder-Back Chair. Watch the Captains Desk and Chair video for the construction of the Captains Chair (this cut-file does not include the Captains Embellishments, just the basic chair base)

Materials you will need to complete this build:

-A Laser Cutter or Blade Cutting Machine (this file can also be cut by hand using the patterns provided in the PDF File. The pattern in the PDFs is pre-sized for you to be 1:12 scale)

-Matboard (or other material that can be layered to equal around 1/16” thick)

Other items you might want to order to finish the kit (but could also be replaced by other items you already have in your crafting collection:

Toothpicks:  These create the supports for the Chair legs

Sandpaper: 240 grit or finer, nail files work well too

PVA Glue: This seems to be the best glue to get a good bond between the layers of matboard pieces.
