This is a 1:12 scale room box KIT made from ‘Remnant Cardboard’. Easy to construct, this room box has a very plain design, ready for a miniature artist to bring to life! Remnant Cardboard is cardboard that is left over from creating my other kits because it has dents, dings or creases. Please see the listing photos to see what they cardboard may look like when you receive it. We will never use cardboard that is ripped all the way through or soiled.

This is a miniature dollhouse kit which, means it comes disassembled. This is also a preorder which means I will laser cut your kit after I receive your order. Because of this please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. This kit is made from cardboard so is not suitable for any situations that would include a lot of moisture (such as use outside or excessive coats of paint).

Things you may also need to complete this kit (that are not included): Craft Knife, Fabri-fix Glue, Hot Glue, and soft tissue to clean the edges

There are a limited number of kits available because this kit is specifically made from leftover cardboard that is unusable in my other designs. If there are no kits available this month, please check back on the 1st of the following month when the shop reopens!
